Booknstayin.com make it easy for you to compare bookings from many accommodation Car rental Events, and other Service Providers. When you make a booking on our Platform, you enter into a contract with the Service Provider unless otherwise stated. The information on our Platform is based on what the Service Providers has given to us. We do our best to ensure information provided at all times are up to date, although, it can take a few hours to update (i.e. text descriptions and lists of the facilities that accommodations provide).
Booknstayin.com only work with Service Providers with a contractual relationship with us. We display on our Platform only confirmed facilities. Our partners may also offer Travel Experiences outside our Platform. We do not own any Accommodations, Cars, Events and Attractions ourselves, each Service Provider is a separate company that has agreed to work with us in a certain agreement. Our Platform shows you the various accommodations, Cars, or events you can book through us worldwide, and our search results page tells you how many of them might be right for you based on what you have told us.
The prices and rates displayed on our platform are set by the Service Providers. We finance our loyalty rewards or other benefits out of our own finances. When you make a booking, you agree to pay the actual total cost and any other taxes and fees that may apply (e.g. for any extras). Taxes and fees may vary for different reasons such as the Service Provider’s country tax laws, the kind of room selected, and the number of guests. The price description indicates whether any taxes and fees are included or excluded. You will be able to find more information about the price while you’re booking. Our Platform provides descriptions of any equipment and facilities that Service Providers offer based on what they tell us. It also tells you how much extra they will cost, if any.
Mispricing,
If we notice a mispricing, and you have made your booking before we correct the mistake, your booking may be canceled, and we will refund anything you have paid. We will remove any obvious pricing errors we find as soon as we become aware of them. We always ensure our travelers have the best of pricing rate across all facilities.
Booknstayin.com do not buy or (re)sell any products or services. Once you book and stay in facility, the Service Provider just pays us a commission.
Travelers can win more points on our Book and Earn Program (BEP) which may allow you to stay in selected Hotels and attend selected events without any cost to the traveler upon reaching a certain booking points determined us. Always check which facilities are associated with this (BEP) program with our book and earn badge.
There are three ways you might pay for your Booking:
i. The Service Provider charges you at the accommodation (Payment on Arrival)
ii. The Service Provider charges you in advance. We and our payment affiliate will take your Payment Method details and forward them to the Service Provider.
iii. We organize your payment to the Service Provider in advance. We (or our affiliate) will take your Payment Method details and make sure the Service Provider is paid.
1. For some products/services, the Service Provider will require an upfront payment and/or payment during your Travel Experience.
• If we organize your payment, we (or, in some cases, our affiliate) will be responsible for managing it and ensuring the completion of your transaction with our Service Provider. In this case, your payment constitutes the final settlement of the “due and payable” price.
• If the Service Provider charges you, this will usually be in person at the start of your Travel Experience, but it could also be, for example, that your credit card is charged when you book or you pay when you check out of your Accommodation. This depends on the Service Provider's upfront payment policy, as communicated to you in the booking process.
2. If the Service Provider requires an upfront payment, it may be taken or pre-authorized when you make your booking, and it may be non-refundable. So, before you book, be sure to check the Service Provider’s upfront payments policy (available during the booking process), which we don’t influence and aren’t responsible for. This does not affect your rights if you have any problems with your Travel Experience
3. If your payment method is denominated in a currency
• Different from the payment currency, your bank or payment method provider (or their payment service providers) may charge you additional fees. For example, this could happen if your credit card is in euros, but your hotel is charging you in dollars. If this is going to happen, we’ll inform you during the booking process.
• This refers to the default currency of your payment method.
4. If you know of or suspect any fraudulent behavior or unauthorized use of your Payment Method, be sure to contact your payment provider as soon as possible.
5. If the currency selected on the Platform isn’t the same as the Service Provider’s currency, we may:
• show prices in your own currency
• offer you the Pay in Your Own Currency option.
6. Pay In Your Own Currency. We (and/or one of our affiliates) may provide you with the ability to pay for your booking in your own currency (your “home currency”), based on your location and/or account setting – and in respect of this service only; we do this as principal, rather than as an agent for the Service Provider. Where you use this service, you agree to the following terms, which are separate from your contract with the Service Provider related to your Travel Experience. The Service Provider is not involved in the provision of the Pay In Your Own Currency service and is not party to the following terms, which do not give you any extra rights under your contract with the Service Provider. If you choose to pay in the Service Provider’s currency, the following terms don’t apply.
• For the avoidance of doubt, when you use Pay In Your Own Currency, we are just enabling you to make payment in your own currency while we ensure that the Service Provider is paid in their local currency. As such, you are not making payment in one currency and receiving another currency.
• If you choose to use Pay in Your Own Currency, all fees and charges from us for use of the Pay In Your Own Currency service either (a) are included in the exchange rate or (b) appear as a separate line item (included in the total price displayed where applicable) during the check-out process.
• The exchange rate is determined when the total payment (or estimated total payment) is displayed during the check-out process. Where applicable, the total price displayed will be the amount charged by us to you. Certain fees and charges that are part of the total price displayed will, however, be collected directly by the Service Provider. We’ll tell you when this is the case during the check-out process.
• If you cancel a reservation within any permitted cancellation period which may apply, we’ll refund you the exact same amount we initially charged you (inclusive of any applicable fees in relation to the Pay in Your Own Currency Service).
7. After collecting your consent, we will store your payment method details for future transactions.
If you cancel your booking or do not show up, any cancellation/no-show fee and any refund will depend on the Service Provider’s cancellation/no-show policy.
6.1. Payment verification
You authorize Booknstayin.com or the service provider to: verify your payment method by obtaining a pre-authorization, charging a nominal fee or through other verification means, and on verification, charge your payment method.
Once your booking is confirmed, your Service Provider is required to honor it. If the Service Provider is “overbooked,” they’re responsible for finding a solution as soon as possible. We provide them with guidelines as well as practical support.
If they cannot give you the options you booked, and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, you will be able to cancel your booking at no cost (with a full refund of anything you’ve paid). We can help you find an alternative accommodation in a similar category and price on our Platform. If the alternative is a bit more expensive, we will refund you the difference after your stay, when you send us the invoice from the alternative Service Provider. When it comes to refunds: If your Service Provider organized your payment, we will try to make sure they refund you as soon as possible. If we organized your payment, we will refund you ourselves. In 90% of cases, the money will be in your account within five business days, counting either from, the cancellation of your original booking, or the verification of the invoice you sent us to show that you stayed somewhere else.
To make a booking, you must accept the Rules and Restrictions of the Service Provider that you select (such as payment of due amounts, cancellation policies, refundability, and use of fares or services, etc.). The relevant Rules and Restrictions are provided to you before you make a booking and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. There are terms and conditions set apart for the booking of travel related service as well as reservations as you are bound by terms and condition of any and all service providers.
In making any payments and abiding by the regulations and caveats in connection with availability, use of facilities and fares, you are bound by the terms and conditions of usage. We bring to your notice that certain service providers offering certain services may require that you append to their liability waiver before booking or purchasing those services.
You may view, download and copy information and materials available on this website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may also use such material within your organization in connection with the support of Booknstayin.com services. As a condition of use, you agree not to modify or revise any of the material in any manner, and to retain all copyright and other proprietary notices as contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. No other use of the materials or information is authorized. Any violation of the foregoing may result in civil and/or criminal liabilities.
You may lose the following if you violate any service provider obligations or caveats:
- You may forgo monies for reservations of such services.
- You may be denied access to a facility and or services.
We may, acting reasonably, deny anyone access to our Service (or any other sites, apps, tools and services you have access to under your Booknstayin.com
Account, as defined below) at any time for any valid reason. We may also make improvements and changes to our Service at any time.
In relation to all information, you submit to us, you hereby agree and warrant:
That such material or information is not confidential or proprietary and Booknstayin.com shall be free to use any such information in any manner to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such submissions throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised; and (b) use the name that you submit in connection with such Submission. You acknowledge that Booknstayin.com may choose to provide attribution of your comments or reviews (for example, listing your name and hometown on a hotel review that you submit) at our discretion, and that such submissions may be shared with our service providers. You further grant Booknstayin.com the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your rights or Booknstayin.com rights in the Submissions by a breach of this Agreement.
We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submissions posted or submitted by you. We have no obligation to post your comments; we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which comments are published on the Booknstayin.com website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not provide us with any submissions and you agree not to take any action against Booknstayin.com in relation to the use of such material or information.
If you own or have unrestricted rights to the material or information submitted to Booknstayin.com, you shall indemnify and render Booknstayin.com harmless against any claims, suits, proceedings, expenses of any type whatsoever, brought against Booknstayin.com in connection with infringement of third parties rights in respect of the material or information that you submitted.
You will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the materials or information is free from any known computer viruses, or other contaminates, including but not limited to any code or instructions that may be used to modify damage or compromise the security of this web site, or Booknstayin.com computer systems or networks.

Your Booking Confirmation includes the essential elements of your booking, such as the description of the Travel Service(s) booked and the price. We will send your Booking Confirmation and any relevant travel documents to the email address you provide when you book. If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation within 24 hours of making your booking, please contact us.
1. When you make a booking, you accept the applicable policies as displayed in the booking process. You Will find each Service Provider’s cancellation policy and any other policies (about age requirements, security/damage deposits, additional supplements for group bookings, extra beds, breakfast, pets, cards accepted, etc.) on our platform, on the Service Provider information pages, during the booking process, in the fine print, and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable).
2. If you cancel a booking or do not show up, any cancellation/no-show fee and any refund will depend on the Service Provider’s cancellation/no-show policy.
3. Some bookings cannot be canceled for free, while others can only be canceled for free before a deadline.
4. If you book a travel experience by paying in advance (including all price components and/or a damage deposit if applicable), the Service Provider may cancel the booking without notice if they cannot collect the balance on the specified date. If they do cancel, any non-refundable payment you have made will only be refunded at their discretion. It's your responsibility to make sure the payment goes ahead on time (that your bank, debit card, or credit card details are correct and that there's enough money available in your account).
5. If you foresee you may not arrive on time, contact your Service Provider and indicate to them when they can expect you. It is your responsibility to ensure you are on time, and if you are not, we are not responsible for any associated costs (e.g. the cancellation of your booking, or any fees the Service Provider may charge).
6. As the person making the booking, you are responsible for the actions and behavior in relation to the travel experience of everyone in the group. You are also responsible for obtaining their permission before providing us with their personal data.
The information and any materials (including white papers, press releases, data sheets, product descriptions, and FAQs) available on or from this website are the copyrighted works of Booknstayin.com, and any unauthorized use of that information or materials may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

1. We may issue Rewards to you at our sole discretion, and subject to
a) the terms here in and
b) any Individual Reward Criteria that apply. If we make a clerical error
(i) in calculating your Rewards or
(ii) in converting currencies related to your Rewards, we can always change or correct any balances shown.
2. How to get Rewards.
You may, for example, earn and receive a reward by booking and completing accommodation stays with participating Service Providers, or by making a certain number of eligible bookings in a given time period. Note that the amount or quantity of Rewards earned will depend on each promotional campaign. We will provide details about earning or spending a reward when it becomes available to earn or spend.
3. Where to find your Rewards.
If and when you receive any rewards, you’ll be able to manage and spend them from the Wallet, which is automatically created when you create a verified Account. You will find the Wallet in your account menu, and you must be signed in to your Account to access it. If you need to do anything to receive a Reward, we will tell you how (through Account notifications, push notifications, and/or emails). Once you have Rewards in your Wallet, we will provide any terms and conditions related to spending them.
4. Types of Rewards. Although we only award
(a) Credits and (b) vouchers into your Wallet, your Wallet may also help you track the processing of (c) other types of Reward (e.g. Credit Card Cashback) from us. We’ll tell you what you need to know about receiving each Reward at the appropriate time.
5. How to get Credits. Credits are usually issued as a result of getting a Reward, but we may issue Credits for other reasons.
6. Where to find your Credits. Your Rewards are always stored in the Wallet until they’re spent. Your Wallet balance will indicate how much is stored and spendable on Eligible bookings. You’ll also be able to access detailed information such as when your Rewards were earned, were awarded, and will expire. If you’re entitled to Cash Credits, you’ll also find out how to transfer them to a credit or debit card (of certain brands).
7. Types of Credits. Each Reward type has its own set of spending and/or usage conditions. In general, all Rewards can only be spent on Travel Experiences that accept Wallet payments. Travel Credits can be spent across different bookings, but vouchers can only be spent on specific bookings stated within each voucher's terms and conditions. Cash Credits can also be spent like Travel Credits or be transferred to a credit or debit card (of certain brands).
We reserve the right to audit any and all accounts in the Rewards & Wallet program at any time and without notice to the Member to ensure compliance with the Rewards & Wallet program or investigate (alleged) fraud or misuse.
Rewards: eligibility
8. To be able to receive any type of Rewards from us, you must, at the time of qualification and spending:
• have a verified Account with us
• be at least 18 years old
• meet the Individual Reward Criteria
• not violate the Rewards & Wallet Terms, and
• have a valid credit card, if you need to qualify for Credit Card Cashback Rewards.
